Coffer Dam Completed. River diverted through DT. Coffer Dam Construction completed.
The excavation
of the Second Spillway Tunnel completed except for the plug at the inlet. Till date 1039 m of benching completed from two faces.
Overt lining is in progress from the outlet end. Till date 1113 m of overt lining and 266 m of invert lining completed out of total 1183 m. The excavation of Outlet Channel is completed for the Spillway Tunnel 2. |
| CFRD and Chute Spillway |
Materials filling in the 2,2A and & 3A Zones are in progress.
Over 8, 97,857 Cu. m of Material placed in the Dam embankment out of total 12.7 lac.cum (71%). Dam Raised till 1584 level (54 m height in Right bank in 3B and 3C Zones).
Spillway Structure Concreting is in progress in the Surface Spillway. |

The Excavation of Trench Panels for the Cut off Wall Commenced. Total 61 trenches estimated for the Cut off Wall.
Till date works completed on 24 panels. Works on Two more Panels are under progress. |

Excavation completed and the Concreting works are underway.
The laying of Concrete Slab is in progress. Reinforcement works is in progress in the Flushing Tunnel Intake Portal.

| E&M Works |
Vertical Pelton Turbine: Three nos. of pelton turbine (For unit 1, 2&3) have been inspected by TUL.
Main Inlet Valve (MIV) : Six (6) nos. casting of MIV body & Rotor (For all 6 unit ) have been inspected and final machining is under progress. Nozzles and Distributors: Five (5) nos. of nozzles and 4 No's of Distributors have been inspected.
Turbine Housing and Generator Shafts: Five (5) nos. of Turbine Housing (For unit 1 to 5) and One (1) no. Turbine shaft (for unit 1) has been inspected.
Distributors: 4 Nos. Distributors reached the Storage Yard in Siliguri. Being under transportation to the site.
Bus Duct: Bus Duct for four (4) units have been inspected and ready for machining.
Unit-5 stator frame reached at Storage yard in site.
EOT crane -1 Main hoist hook and Auxiliary hoist hook with rope erection completed. EOT Load Test in progress.
Unit No.1: Turbine Housing erection (Lower & Upper) works are completed & Distributor Pipe Erection and its support works completed. Distributor Hydro Pressure test successfully completed. Generator Support work under progress. Distributor pipe Erection & its support works completed. Pressure Test had successfully completed.
Unit No.2: Turbine Housing Erection completed. Distributor Pipe & its supports work erection under progress.
Unit No.3: Turbine Housing Erection completed. Joint welding works under progress.
Distributor Pipe placed in position.
Unit No.4: Unit platform errection in progress.
Unit No.5: Turbine Housing erection (Lower & Upper) works completed. Stator assembly & Generator Support work under progress. Distributor pipe Erection & its support works completed. Distributor Hydro test under Progress.
